Anke Helfrich / Clara Haberkamp / Jesus Molina / Helge Schneider
The Festival da Jazz has already teamed up with the incomparable Hotel Walther several times around Easter. As the season draws to a close, we are once again looking forward to a wonderful story this year with our ongoing “Tour de Charme”. This year we are celebrating our 18th birthday with a veritable festival in the form of five piano concerts.

Anke Helfrich
Thursday April 17th, 9 PM
Anke Helfrich is one of the most outstanding jazz musicians in Europe. Her list of awards and the prominent names she has played with speak for themselves. She impresses with her musicality, sensuality of sound, swinging virtuosity and ability to listen. Her latest album “We'll Rise” is dedicated to inspiring women and forgotten pioneers who have courageously and resolutely defied convention. Helfrich has enhanced the intimate musical portraits through the use of language and touching original sounds.
Clara Haberkamp
Friday April 18th, 9 pm
Clara Haberkamp has been causing a sensation for some time, particularly with the trio named after her. She is described as fearless, authentic and courageous, with a touch that allows for sensitive musical storytelling. She has also released several albums as a solo pianist and, despite being born in 1989, is already one of the most renowned jazz pianists of our time. She creates her very own sound - light-hearted, subtle and profound.
Jesus Molina
saturday April 19th, 9 pm
Jesus Molina has lost his status as an insider tip a while ago thanks to his outstanding playing. The charming Colombian is not yet thirty years old and has already collaborated with stars such as Arturo Sandoval, Mike Stern as well as Snarky Puppy and Cory Henry. His technical virtuosity allows him to seamlessly blend his Latin jazz roots with bebop, gospel and fusion. Musicality that immediately grabs you and won't let go.
Helge Schneider
sunday April 20th, live soundtrack für silent movie, 5 pm
“Easter with Mr. Schneider” calls down from the Mortaratsch glacier. A veritable world premiere takes place in the late afternoon: Helge Schneider sets Charlie Chaplin's silent film classic “The Kid” to music - live, in other words. Although Chaplin himself wrote music for his film, we allow Mr. Schneider to present an acoustic alternative at this point. In keeping with the name of the film, children are very welcome to attend this unique screening.
Helge Schneider
sunday April 20th, 9 pm
Big Schneider for the second time! After an enjoyable dinner, the musical main course follows. The grand finale of our little Easter festival with Mr. Schneider, once again elegantly bent over his grand piano. Helge has been dutifully taking over the closing concert at the Festival da Jazz for years. It is safe to assume that he is also capable of garnishing an Easter Sunday in a fitting manner. With feeling, charm and (Easter) passion.
